Error message Astroid

System informations: Joomla 5.1.2 PHP 8.3 Astroid 3.1.1 All devices Desktop Mac, Tablet iPAD, IPhone – Linux Ubuntu OS Sonoma 14.5 / iOS 17.5.1 Browser Safari / Chrome – Firefox

What should I do to eliminate the error?

I fixed this issue at https://github.com/templaza/astroid-framework/commit/221e7e855573004d1128c6bdfb5ee5e409b005ff

Please help me update download v3 and recheck again.
