Go to line 71 and line 74:

Find : $link = JRoute::_(TZ_PortfolioHelperRoute::getPortfolioArticleRoute($article->slug, $article->catid));

Replace with: $link = JRoute::_(TZ_PortfolioHelperRoute::getPortfolioArticleRoute($article->slug, $article->catid),true, -1);
