Figure out how to create a JNLP version of Troglodytes (so we can give it to Fred each week)

Mike created and documented how to make and run a jar file which we can give to Fred.. In the future we want a JNLP for this.

I'm not gonna do this just yet. Gonna see what solutions we can come up with for deploying this from Jenkins.
