Implement XML for Map Particle System #41

Set up the Map Particle System to use the XML serialization so that multiple kinds of particle emitters can be produced.

Implemented XML system on branch "issue39". The following effects are now available as well: smallsmoke, smallfire, and swampbubble.

Also left a tiny volcano on the map which looks bitchin'.
