Describe the solution you'd like
Do the following:
Update server to latest stable (and SDK/API to latest they can with this constraint)
Update ui-server to latest stable
See if there's time to wire up docker publish (with Goreleaser or manually setting version ldflags)

Do sanity check on an SDK or two to make sure that the executable can be used as the ephemeral dev server
