Add `HideLogs` environment variable to Web UI Configuration documentation #2914

Brief description

The hideLogs environment variable can now be set in temporal UI version >= 2.27.10. As stated in https://github.com/temporalio/ui/pull/2119, I'd like to update the documentation accordingly.

Add the hideLogs option to Web UI Configuration.
Add the TEMPORAL_HIDE_LOGS enviornment variable to Web UI Environment Variables.

Additionally, include the following sentence to both pages:

Disables any server logs from being printed to the console.
