I have an idea!

Tracking ticket to support LA in the temporal plugin:

[x] Use 1 temporal worker to register all available in the FetchWorkerInfo workflows and activities.
[x] Add new command type to the internal.Message -> internal.InvokeLocalActivity.
[x] Add 2 new messages: ExecuteLocalActivityRequest, RequestLocalActivityCancel.
[x] Update arch diagram (draw.io)
[x] Update tests
[x] Move all protobuf to the buf protoregistry (https://buf.build/roadrunner-server/api/docs)
