[Feature Request] integrate temporal cloud metrics with New Relic #41

It would be nice to have a script to integrate the Temporal Cloud metrics with New Relic (similar to the one we have for DataDog)

I ended up doing this myself by adapting the TypeScript example for DataDog: https://github.com/temporalio/samples-server/pull/46
