What was changed

Temporalio.Testing.WorkflowEnvironmentStartLocalOptions now accepts SearchAttributes option
Test for the option

There is an issue with the dev server using search attributes, currently blocked on https://github.com/temporalio/temporal/issues/6195. Leaving as draft for now.
