What changed?

Fix TestDeleteWorkflowExecution_JustTerminatedWorkflow (former Test_DeleteWorkflowExecution_RunningWithTerminate) flaky test.

Why?

Test fails from time to time w/o clear reason.

How did you test it?

Existing tests.
