deprecated ListOpen/ClosedWorkflowExecutions in visibility store and in visibility manager

Why?

use general ListWorkflowExecutions with query in stead

How did you test it?

modified common/persistence/tests/visibility_persistence_suite.go to use ListWorkflowExecutions
tested locally: ran and passed TestAdvancedVisibilitySuite, ESVisibilitySuite, FunctionalSuite/TestVisibility, VisibilityPersistenceSuite
