As a potential contributor I want to understand how I can be most effective So that I help evolve Obscuro in a meaningful way

A Community Manager (better name?) will help organise the contributors so the community organically builds in an appropriate way

Must haves for the role:

background in community management, pedigree of being early stage team and demonstrable growth in community
crypto native
prepared to travel
not tech background
awareness around branding / messaging / marketing
comfortable public speaking... portfolio of talks would be good
