Force update tickets #188

I'm trying to figure out how to force all current tickets in my project to update with everything related to the ticket, not just closure. Mainly focused on information like Tenable Asset Tags, and OS.

generally every time something is re-observed, it should be updated with all data within Jira. If you are looking to force a full update, then you would want to run with the since flag and set it to 0
