I'm having the same issue and cant find it ANYWHERE! How do we download and-or install ip-adapter_clip_sd15 preprocessor?

Me too. It's odd that not many people are reporting this issue.

I installed a fresh copy of Automatic1111, and after that, ControlNet, but I don't see the preprocessor ip-adapter_clip_sd15 in the list.
