for the issues of pcdms_demo.ipynb #19

I tried to run pcdms_demo, and got the wrong generated image from the first example in pcdms_demo. The wrong result is as below, and output image is black image.

img_gen I can't get the correct result as shown in pcdms_demo as the below.

Could you pls. give some hints about the issue.

Are you run in windows or linux ?

It is ubuntu 18.04 linux.
