Some files missing #3

Some util files and inference models folders are missing. @tencent-ailab @zhangjun001 @BoxuanZhao can you look into it?

Can you help me understand where and when exactly the .pb model files in /inference_models are created?

This model is pre-trained by other related work and may not be generated by existing code here. Because the .pb file is larger than 25MB, it is not uploaded. You can refer to https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-O7Ns3x0cgSCYOsSuEr_A19z4g46btjZ?usp=sharing

@BoxuanZhao , when can we expect the _feature_updater.py_ file for accessing the f_local and g_global attributes?

@nam1410 This is the most buggy and disgusting documentation code I've ever run. It's already gone back on its word, so why are you waiting for an update ...
