Increase test coverage in CI #5

Currently codecov report gives very low test coverage, which is too low to have a badge on README :)

Plans:

  1. Add more package on requirements-dev, so that more test can be run on GitHub action
  2. Add more tests targeting missing lines
  3. Omit some modules in the codebase
