footer missing on the first page (r284) #339

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a very long text using the TestPDFHeaderFooter extension of alive PDF
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The footer is not visible on the first page (cf. attached pdf)

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
