What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a local project flex-demo
2. Run this local project flex-demo
3. Run in the browser security errors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I test project is expected to run in the browser, but a security error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

product version is 
FB4.5ForLinuxab  FB4Linux 4.5.1 file 2   fixed fb4linux 4.5.1
FB4.5ForLinuxaa  FB4Linux 4.5.1 file 1   fixed flashbuilder 4.5.1

On Ubuntu(12.04 LTS 64bit) Linux
