flashbuilder_plugin.cfg 文件保存目录出错

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. 创建一个本地测试项目 flex-demo
2. 编译运行这个测试项目 flex-demo
3. 在浏览器查看进出现 “SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file file” 
错误

正常情况下是能够正运运行的，不会出现 “SecurityError: Error 
#2148: SWF file file” 错误。

我使用的是最新版本
FB4.5ForLinuxab  FB4Linux 4.5.1 file 2   fixed fb4linux 4.5.1
FB4.5ForLinuxaa  FB4Linux 4.5.1 file 1   fixed flashbuilder 4.5.1

在 Ubuntu（12.04） Linux上面运行。

出现这种错误 “SecurityError: Error #2148: SWF file file” 
的原因，是在使用这个工具时，发现生成的文件 
flashbuilder_plugin.cfg 应该保存的目录出现错误。
Flash Builder Linux这处插件生成的这个 flashbuilder_plugin.cfg 
文件保存的目录，在我的主目录下面又生成了一个 
～目录，如：

/home/XXXX/~/.macromedia/Flash_Player/#Security/FlashPlayerTrust

正确的目录应该是

/home/XXXX/.macromedia/Flash_Player/#Security/FlashPlayerTrust
