The res.write_head examples look very similar to Python's current WSGI implementation. In PEP 444 however, they were planning to move to a Rack-style 3 element tuple. Boths project going in the opposite direction of each other. Any thoughts on why res.write_head is preferable? Is it (partly) due to Rack API is awkward?
