Was playing around with this and found that I wanted to run most of the examples you had in the README. So, extracted them out and put a little explanatory note in the directory's own README.
Also noted that the buffered example was written was busted because of FilterChain not replying to call and trying to call serve on the app instead of call. Hope that fix was right, and happy to revise if not (or maybe should have been separate PR... let me know however you think about it).
