Java implementation of Amino #299

I want to know, When will have Java implementation of Amino?

Unfortunately, we will not be making a java implementation of amino. We are moving amino to be proto3 compatible and once this is in place there will be less reliance on go-amino.

Will close the issue but please comment if you have any questions and I will answer them.
