Rethink proofs, prover, etc... #40

They should be easily serializable and useful for IPC. And not be so confusing. A minor refactor is in order.

No longer needed by basecoin. Much better.

We should still extract any useful pieces (tests?) out of light-client/proofs into basecoin, then remove the package.

Extracted all pieces... all that is left is to remove the proofs package...
