Lb/unique username digest #74

Adds support for making a distinct list of users, which then gets plopped into /github-archive/events/users.txt alongside the summary.json file. This is important for sitemap (ASAP) and typeahead (longer-term)

I'm gonna merge this since there is no possibility of breakage and I want to do the next thing with the graphs; comments welcome.
