Team's Response

Each extension should be unique to each use case, and furthermore the two scenarios in UC1 and UC4 are different. Referencing would lead to more confusion and is likely unsound. The repeating of the extension is thus correct and in fact improves readability for the user by not conflating two different scenarios, therefore it is not a bug.
