Phone number should be allowed to have up to 500 characters as mentioned in planned enhancements #9

While it is possible to add a lot of digits for the phone number, I saw that you mentioned in your planned enhancements that you are going to change it such that the maximum number of characters is 500. However, I dont think its realistic to let phone numbers go all the way up to 500 digits. The most common max number of phone digits is 15. So maybe it might be better if you restrict to that instead.
