Confusing for users to add meeting, as some fields require letter prefix, while other require words #3

According to the user guide, the addmeeting command requires the user to have prefix 'title/' for titles, 'd/' for discussions, 'dur/' for durations. This may cause confusion for users as they will have to remember which field requires spelling out the prefix, and which field only needs a single letter. We have already optimised our prefixes so they are kept short but what each one represents is still clear to the user. And as we have many prefixes that start with the same letters, it would be even more confusing to assign them one-letter prefixes.
