Date format can be better documented

The date format given in the user guide is d/M/yy, which may cause confusion for users who want to add a day or month with double digits. Might be better to standardise the format as dd/mm/yy, and require users to add a 0 in front of single digit entries

This is meant to make it easier for users as they don't need to add 0. We also added examples of dates with double digit days and months in the UG so users would not be confused.
