Over the interface the user I get is `sojobo`, should be `admin` #37

Not sure about the user for the other relation.

We used sojobo user because that is the user who is using juju. It is used for the subordinate charms to set the right owner for the api files. We should maybe just add another user to the interface, and provide the tengu admin and the sojobo ubuntu user?
