Implement Handling of Access Token Invalidation + Library Implementation #44

After one hour, Spotify access tokens become invalidated. While this isn't a fully-technical-debt-free implementation (we don't handle refresh token expiration), it should be good enough to work for longer than an hour.

This also adds stuff to Library.
