Ad Blocker? #109

Firstly, this project is fantastic, so thank you!

But, while actually using it to browse I have remembered how terrible and unusable the web actually is without an ad blocker. Would it be possible to implement ublock origin or another addon based ad-blocker? It could be turned on or off via flags like the other features.
