2020-08-24 tc1702_M2SD Parameters not generated for profile with only 3 data points #254

For tc1702_M2SD, there's a single profile (SDEID==1791634817) with 3 datapoints. No selections were made for FLGEXKEL, however, none of the non-KEL related parameters were generated for this profile. There is nothing remarkable about the data for this profile. DOF and DOSE are defined.

Note for this testcase, CEST_C0 is reported in the estimated concentration dataset incorrectly for timepoints greater than zero.

All datasets and inputs are loaded to onedrive.

Further analysis indicates that the Actual Times PKATPD were missing for this profile. This issue can be closed.
