Remove dependencies related to Python from `Project.toml` in UploadMaterials workflow #36

This PR removes dependencies (IJulia, PythonCall and CondaPkg) related to Python during UploadMaterials workflow. These packages are not needed to preview prebuilt Jupyter notebooks locally.
