electron: Install more licenses #32

I think we should include these licenses in the package, or at least some of them, since the resulted binaries contains them (e.g. Node.js).

Probably only breakpad, brightray, native_mate and node, others are build tools.

Actually breakpad license is already inside LICENSES.chromium.html
