4090 multi gpu not support #534

Hi

I'm using this benchmark with NVIDIA 4090 4 cards when i run 'python tf_cnn_benchmakr --model resnet50 --batch_size 200 num_gpus 4'

here is my env OS= ubuntu20.04 cuda = 12.0 cudnn = 8.8.0 nccl = 2.15.0 tensorflow = 2.10.0 4090 4ea
