Short description of dataset and use case(s): The Flickr dataset has become a standard benchmark for sentence-based image description. Folks who would also like to see this dataset in tensorflow/datasets, please thumbs-up so the developers can know which requests to prioritize.

This dataset looks interesting, and I have completely explored it.

There are 40 parts, with each having some folders (with some images).

@cyfra @rsepassi @Conchylicultor can you please assign this to me.

I already working on this dataset for last 7 months as part of my final year project. Will love to work on this issue if community wants this dataset as the dataset is useful as well popular among the data science community or newbie's who are stating with image processing related project like image captioning and searching. Please vote for the dataset so we can see this dataset in the tensotflow dataset.

@prasadgujar Thanks for you interest for this project. Our team has a limited bandwidth to implement all requested dataset. But do not hesitate to send a pull request if you already implemented this dataset. It would be a great addition to tfds
