• Short description of dataset and use case(s): Features are computed from a digitized image of a fine needle aspirate (FNA) of a breast mass. They describe characteristics of the cell nuclei present in the image. The label is "malignant" vs "benign" and the features are radius, texture, perimeter, area, etc.

I hope to begin contributing to TensorFlow. At https://github.com/tensorflow/datasets/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md there is a statement that says "If this is your first time contributing, we'll send you an invitation on GitHub to be a contributor; you must accept this invitation here before we can assign you the issue." Unfortunately, however, when I click on the link (github.com/tensorflow/datasets/settings/collaboration) it gives me a 404 message. Is there a better way to get invited to contribute? I have already accepted the Contributor License Agreement and I hope to make a habit of making small to medium contributions, beginning with this dataset.
