I get the same issue running an AWS ami on a g2.2xlarge instance type id: ami-a195cfb6 region: US East (N. Virginia).

for now I have been using python 3 (seems to be importing fine in Python 3.6.1) for those who need some sort of solution
Have anyone solve this question? I meet the same issues when I run demo program.

I think there are memory leak issues. I get
stack smashing detected : python terminated
when importing tensorflow_fold.
