adds batching support to class_logic objective
remove unused imports to make pretty_graphs usable outside of Jupyter notebooks
allow specifying an input_map when importing a model
add ability to include custom ops when rendering a model graph
fix bug with code that skips control input (the skipping code is originally mine, not sure why this issue wasn't caught when I originally landed it)
