'nsl' tag in Stack Overflow does not yet exist #6

Despite the guideline "For questions, please direct them to Stack Overflow with the "nsl" tag" in README, the said tag does not yet exist in SO:

https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/nsl

and we already have the first question:

Thanks @desertnaut! The tag should be created when the question with the 'nsl' tag is posted on stack overflow.
