PS: Tensorflow is OK, I have no problem running tensorflow example.
I had this problem as well on an EC2 GPU instance (which have pretty old K520 cards). I'm not sure why it happens, but a (rather inelegant) fix that worked for me is to set the config_addon
argument to, e.g., ConfigAddon(gpu_memory_fraction=0.9)
when initializing your estimator. This keeps TF from trying to reserve all the GPU memory.
I don't think it's specifically skflow related, fwiw.
