Poor Evaluation Results #207

I trained the module under the tensorflow2.0.0a0 and tensorlayer2.2.1. Whereas my results is not fine. the psnr of valid_gen.png and valid_LR.png is 27.91 Please tell me what parameters should I modify @zsdonghao
