Build CommonJS module #200

Action: Remove branch after merging.

Build CommonJS module for Tensorspace.

rollup.config.js and rollup.config.npm.js share default configurations exported from rollup.default.config.js

npm run build generates 4 files:

tensorspace.min.js (Tested with npm run test-e2e)
tensorspace.min.js.map
tensorspace.cjs.js
tensorspace.esm.js

npm run build-npm generates 3 files:

tensorspace.min.js
tensorspace.cjs.js (Tested in React environment)
tensorspace.esm.js

Updated dependencies

stats.js is replaced by stats-js uglify-es module is replaced by terser.js eslint-config-mdcs is added for Mrdoob-style Javascript coding
