@hhsecond why in the setup.py are we installing a (non-existent) branch of Hangar?

@alessiamarcolini Oops, that was from the hackathon. Also, can you give the PR to alternate-master. We cannot make changes to the master until the hackathon evaluation is done (I'll push a fix for the setup.py to alternate-master in few hours)
