Looks like this broke stuff locally for devs. We set LD_LIBRARY_PATH on CI so this likely masked some bad behaviour.

I've reverted on main. Please redo your changes and run a build locally to ensure developer flows aren't broken https://github.com/tenstorrent/tt-metal/pull/12217
