lspci on debian bookworm dislikes 0x prefix on VID/PID

Looks like the lspci -d syntax has tightened on Debian Bookworm, and 0x prefix no longer works there.

Confirmed that Ubuntu 20.04 is happy without 0x prefix, so we can just remove them for now.
