[Harvesting] Harvesting tests

In addition to initial harvesting tests from soc descriptor add more tests

• [ ] write_device tests with all types of coordinates
• [ ] read_device tests with all types of coordinates

Wait for the removal of soc desc from tt_SiliconDevice constructor to merge, as well as https://github.com/tenstorrent/tt-umd/pull/202
