Load on Scroll #100

We want the explorer to load further events on scrolling. To achieve this, we must make it easy for the app to load further events for a specific schema only.

he solution space for this was explored already.

- [ ] Design interaction for load on scroll in the Explorer.
- [ ] Make use of a working set in the Explorer to implement load on scroll.
- [ ] Make use of a working set in the Explorer to eagerly fill the Schemas pane.
