The de-facto standard tool for trying out a complex multi-container application is Docker Compose. We would like users to be able to test VAST including all possible integrations with other tools easily, and for that we need a Docker Compose file with overrides for integrations that can be selectively enabled.

[x] We have an open-source Docker Compose file for VAST with integrations (including documentation and testing).
[x] We have the ability to run end-to-end tests for VAST with integrations using the Docker Compose file, and run it in CI.
We've closed this one out as we've shipped our initial Compose-based framework. This will naturally extend over time as we add more integrations to it.
